Our Pork is sourced from the Metfield herd of pigs locallyowned by Mr & Mrs Peter Mortimer. The Metfield Herd has National recognition as a quality product regularly featuring as prize winners at livestock shows.
Our Beef is all hand picked for quality from our own herd as well as local herds from Mr B Gaze of Grove Farm Roydon and Mr Flemming of Church farm Eyke near Woodbridge
All other produce will be sourced locally where possible with quality and TASTE a priority.
